When the technical condition of your existing machine no longer meets the requirements of today and tomorrow, we can also offer a professional retrofit solution. This means that we reconfigure your existing machine with the aim of significantly improving the machine performance.  This includes an increase in e.g. quality, reliability, capacity, availability, efficiency and safety. In addition, our retrofit solutions have a relatively fast payback.

In consultation with you, we determine in advance, which parts or systems will be replaced and which improvements will be made. Often the electric components are largely, or completely, replaced and the machine control system (hardware and software) is redesigned.  We refresh the machine documentation (connection diagram, pneumatic and/or hydraulic schedule, spare parts list) so you get more control of maintenance costs. Availability of spare parts and worn out parts are guaranteed over a longer period of time.

A retrofit solution is always custom-made, and customisation is our specialism: we can take into account your specific wishes and use the latest techniques.
