HF production line for filter bags

We built this HF production line for the Slovak plant of a European air filter manufacturer. Using this HF production line, fully automatic pocket filters of varying compositions, filter materials and dimensions are produced: different filter material layers are automatically merged and welded together, with assembly edges and ribs, custom die cut stripped of any die-cutting waste. The HF production line consists of:

• a take-up system for 5 different filter materials;
• a bonding unit;
• a high frequency generator;
• a hydraulic HF press;
• 3 pick & place systems for synchronous transit transport of the filter materials;
• a hydraulic punch;
• a waste separation system.
