Fully automatic HF welding assembly line for bellows

For a German producer of ventilation systems, among other things, we have built a fully automatic HF welding assembly line for bellows, needed for air flow control in ventilation systems.

With the help of this HF welding assembly line, fully automatic thermoplastic bellows of varying size are welded and assembled.  The bellows are assembled and welded from several layers of foil, equipped with assembly holes and valves. The HF welding assembly line consists of:

• a take-up system for two-layer foil bellows;
• a dye-cutting system for mounting holes;
• a vibratory filler, pick & place system and assembly unit for valve mounting;
• a high frequency generator;
• a pneumatic HF press;
• 2 pick & place systems for synchronous transit transport of the bellow foils;
• A waste separation system.
