Over-edging machine for finishing car floor mats: the edges of the die-cut or cut car mats are fully automatically finished with yarn or band. The car mats can be freely shaped with both positive and negative curves. Also suitable for large 1 piece rear mats.

With this variable workstation insect screens of different widths are fully automatically equipped with a guide band on the vertical side edges.  This led band is welded on the vertical edges by a fixed HF welding machine and a mobile (variable) HF welding machine.
