  • HF Generator 54kW, type Kiefel G50.000 SL, with 3-step power stages.
  • Hydraulic HF portal press 200 kN, type Kiefel KHHP-20, with welding surface ca. 1700 x 1000 mm.
  • The welding press is completely EMC protected by means of a protection cap with bronze tip contacts.
  • Press equipped with anti-flash system.
  • Shuttle tray system with 2 automatically operated trays for 2 operators working opposite each other, workspace in trays L x W x H = ca 1800 x 1100 x 80 mm, fully protected against machine movements by means of a photo electric safety beam, for efficient and safe operation.
  • Upper press platen and trays can be equipped with heating/cooling system.
  • If overhauled this machine can be equipped with new Rittal controls cabinet, with Siemens S7-300 controls and touch panel, for control and adjustment of autotuner parameter settings for the HF welding process and for control and operation of the whole machine.

  • GEAF HF Welding press model GMAD type 220-185-2/30, construction year 2002, hydraulically operated.
  • Welding press equipped with 4 hydraulic upper press systems: RHD & LHD heelmat upper plate ±472 x 300 mm with closing force max. ±46kN; RHD & LHD footrest upper plate ±223 x 95 mm with closing force max. ±18kN.
  • Welding press equipped with pneumatically elevating lower plate (dimension ±600 x 1300 mm) under the turn table system.
  • Press equipped with pneumatic switch system, for fully automatic switching of HF energy infeed in between the different weld sub-cycles (press systems).

  • Herfurth Trumpf 45000 HF welding machine, with 45kW HF Power, Press force 200kN at 200 bars.
  • Year of construction 1988, Serial number 09, in very good condition, machine is functioning very well and ready for putting into operation.
  • Automatic side-to-side tray system with 2 trays in opposite position. Available working space in trays L x W x H = ca. 2.400 x 1600 x 120 mm for product & tools.
  • Net welding surface L x W = 2.300 x 1.500 mm.
  • Each tray is hydraulically driven.
  • Automatic Power regulation SE 53B with servo drive.
  • In 215 a new power triode type RS3060CL and a new SE68 has been installed.
  • Power supply voltage 400V.
