Fully automatic HF welding machine for heat exchangers

For a manufacturer of climate systems, we built and developed a special HF welding machine for the fully automatic assembling and welding of air heat exchangers. These air heat exchangers consist of a large number of pre-formed thin plastic sheets in right and left hand versions, which fully automatically alternate one by one, and sheet for sheet are welded onto each other. The machine contains:

  • a high frequency generator;
  • a double press for simultaneous assembling and welding of 2 air heat exchangers;
  • a 2-station turntable system for simultaneous feeding and positioning of plastic sheets during the welding cycle;
  • Pick & place systems for the feeding the various sheets during the welding cycle;
  • Supply buffers

Fully automatic HF creasing machine for transparent packaging

For a Swiss relation, manufacturer of transparent plastic packaging, we developed and built a special HF forming machine for the fully automatic application of fold lines in flat plastic sheets, which can be folded to transparent packaging. The machine contains:

  • A high frequency generator;
  • Press with a sliding table system;
  • De-stacker and stacker;
  • Double pick & place system.

HF production line for filter bags

We built this HF production line for the Slovak plant of a European air filter manufacturer. Using this HF production line, fully automatic pocket filters of varying compositions, filter materials and dimensions are produced: different filter material layers are automatically merged and welded together, with assembly edges and ribs, custom die cut stripped of any die-cutting waste. The HF production line consists of:

  • a take-up system for 5 different filter materials;
  • a bonding unit;
  • a high frequency generator;
  • a hydraulic HF press;
  • 3 pick & place systems for synchronous transit transport of the filter materials;
  • a hydraulic punch;
  • a waste separation system.

  • Year of construction 2009, hardly used, almost new.
  • Transport length 3 meters, max. transport width 40 cm, product width 50 cm (because of photocell detection).
  • Excluding side guards.
  • Equipped with height adjustable supports with transport wheels and brake.
  • Adjustable transport speed by means of frequency convertor in small controls cabinet.
  • Emergency safety cord on both sides, Safety according to the governing EC norms.
  • Equipped with photocell detection at end of conveyor (automatic start – stop).

Thermo sealmachine

Thermo sealmachine 200ºC – 600kN for various (labatory-) applications:

  • Hydraulic press 600kN, press hub ca 40 mm;
  • Press platen surface ca. 600 x 450 mm
  • Both upper press platen and underpress platen are separately heated till max. 200ºC (separate temperature control).
  • Manual tray with heat resistant and heat transferring stretch foil, for optimal heat transfer on both under- and upper side.
  • completely overhauled, in very good condition.
